ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Kompaniya Neftekhim LTD LLP is a Kazakhstan manufacturer of high quality chemical products. The company produces pelletized polypropylene and MTBE, epoxy compound, FIBC (big bags), polypropylene bags and recycled polypropylene. The production facilities have implemented technologies that help minimize emissions of harmful substances into the environment. Neftekhim supplies products both to the domestic Kazakhstan market and for export.
Neftekhim units for manufacturing different chemical products were put into operation in partnership with companies from China, Austria, Germany and Russia. Production design capacity of our company as follows:
Neftekhim products are certified in accordance with the National Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The company pays great attention to issues of industrial safety and reducing the negative impact on the environment. Since 2014 Neftekhim has been processing its own polypropylene and polyethylene waste producing recycled polypropylene.
Neftekhim units for manufacturing different chemical products were put into operation in partnership with companies from China, Austria, Germany and Russia. Production design capacity of our company as follows:
- Polypropylene - 70 thousand tons per year
- MTBE - 20 thousand tons per year
- Polypropylene bags - 52 million pieces per year
- FIBC (big bags) - 2 million pieces per year
- Epoxy compound—10 thousand tons per year
Neftekhim products are certified in accordance with the National Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

OUR HISTORY
2024 Within the framework of the Joint Operation Agreement a 4-party Memorandum between Neftekhim, Secondary School named after Sultanmakhmut Toraighyrov, Pavlodar Technological College and Toraighyrov University was signed to organize joint work of the parties on the basis of mutual cooperation, support for schoolchildren, college and university students.
2023 The Registration Certificate for “Epoxy Compound” chemical product was received. The production capacity is 10 thousand tons per year.
2021 Launch of the MTBE Desulfurization Unit.
The calibration laboratory has successfully passed accreditation for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.” Recertification was carried out for compliance of the Quality Management System with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001:2016 (ISO 9001:2015) (ISO standard of Kazakhstan) and for compliance of the Quality Management System with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015; an international IAF certificate received.
2020 The Propylene Concentration Unit was upgraded increasing its capacity to 10 tons per hour.
2019 The production of polymer products (big bags) with a capacity of 2 million pieces per year was established.
The plant research laboratory has been successfully reaccredited for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.”

Neftekhim became the winner of the Altyn Sapa national contest and received The Best Production Enterprise Award.
2012 Neftekhim successfully passed an inspection audit for compliance of the QMS with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001:2009, ISO 9001:2008 and received an international certificate from the TQCSI certification body, Australia.
2010 Early achievement of design capacity: MTBE – 20 thousand tons per year; polypropylene – 30 thousand tons per year.
2009 Commissioning of the MTBE and Polypropylene Powder Production Plant.
2006 Start of the plant construction together with Xinjiang Sanbao, PRC.
2005 Kompaniya Neftekhim LTD LLP was formed for the construction of the plant to process oil gases from Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery and to produce methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) and polypropylene.
2014 The Polypropylene Pelletizing Unit was put into operation together with Leistritz Extrusionstechnik GmbH, Germany.
