Neftekhim Plant Research Laboratory carries out analytical control over technological processes and the quality of commercial products. PRL is accredited for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.” The availability of an accredited laboratory allows to conduct tests to confirm the conformity of products (certification and declaration) manufactured by Neftekhim.
PRL is equipped with unique equipment for measuring components and indicators:
1;Chromatek-crystal 5000;Designed for precise measurement of components in gaseous media, liquid and solid substances and materials.
2;Spectrophotometer SF2000;Designed to determine the mass fraction of sulfur in oil and petroleum products.
3;Coulometric titrator S-30;Designed for quick and accurate determination of moisture content in a wide range of products and materials in the liquid phase.

The pelletized polypropylene laboratory sector is equipped with the following equipment:
Zwick plastometer;Designed to measure the melt fluidity index. MFI is defined as the mass of material extruded over a certain time through a standard die under given test conditions and is measured in g/10 min.
5kN zwicki testing machine;Designed for tensile or bending tests of various materials, standardized values for the measure of force.
Vicat BVI-4300STD;Designed to determine the temperature of thermal deformation and softening. Determination of deflection and softening under load.
Pendulum pile driver type HIT 50P;Designed to determine impact strength.
The polymer products laboratory sector is equipped with the following equipment:
Automatic reel Y219B;Designed to determine denier. With its help thread balls of a certain length are formed.
Heat shrink oven MK III;It is necessary to determine the residual shrinkage of threads in an air-thermal environment for a certain time under a certain tension.
5kN ProLine Testing machine, Zwick/Roell;Necessary for determining the breaking load, elongation, strength of semi-finished and finished products.
The epoxy resin compounding laboratory sector is equipped with the following equipment:
T5 Excellence Titrator;Designed to determine the mass fraction of epoxy groups.
Geltimer Gelnorm;Designed to determine the gelation time in different ratios of components and at different temperatures.
ViscoQC 300;Designed to determine the level of dynamic viscosity of various liquids and measure the properties of liquids.
TMA Thermomechanical analyzer;Designed to measure both thermal and mechanical properties. Determines linear thermal expansion and coefficient of thermal expansion.
