On September 27 a big celebration took place in Estai Palace of Culture where the best Neftekhim workers were honored as part of the 15th anniversary of Kompaniya Neftekhim LTD LLP Plant.
The jubilee evening began with a video about the plant in which the workers told about their work, team and values of the company. Also, all present in the hall honored the memory of the lost colleagues with a minute of silence.
The celebration continued with the presentation of Letters of Gratitude to employees from government agencies. The award ceremony was attended by Deputy Akim of Pavlodar Region Dauren Zhambaybek and the RoK Ministry of Energy representative Eltai Aliyev. The presentation of Letters of Gratitude at the evening was continued by the plant's managers and responsible employees who awarded more than 230 colleagues.
Partners from San Bao, Starlinger GmbH, representatives of the managing company and shareholders, heads of dual training institutions, and company veterans joined the festive greetings. Each person wished prosperity to the company, and health and well-being to the employees. The gift for the guests was a concert prepared by the Palace of Culture artists, and the most touching and original part of the celebration was the announcement of the winners in the Contests of Talents, Best Congratulations and “Neftekhim, Build Your Love”!
