On November 21, 2024 the Territorial Association of Trade Unions of the Pavlodar Region in cooperation with the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Sphere of Social Protection of the Population of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Pavlodar Region, the Branch of the State Social Insurance Fund of the Pavlodar Region, the Pavlodar Branch of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund met within the framework of the action of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Legal Education and the action of the Territorial Association of Trade Unions of the Pavlodar Region Mobile Consultation Point to explain the current labor and social legislation with the Neftekhim personnel.
The following topics were considered:
- rules of registration of professional payment for work in harmful labor conditions;
- how the rights to special social payment are realized;
- the rights of citizens to receive payments from the system of compulsory social insurance, including loss of work, pregnancy and childbirth, loss of ability to work, loss of breadwinner;
- cases from court practice on claims for recovery of mandatory occupational pension contributions.
As a result of the speakers' presentations, the participants of the meeting received explanations on all issues of interest.
